Modified version (in force from 15 December 2022):

"5.1 Compensate shall charge or invoice the Client, and the Client shall pay or effect the payment to Compensate, for all Climate Transactions concluded as well as any other Service orders and purchases made, in accordance with this Article 5. Where the payment is not charged directly at the checkout following instructions presented in the Platform, Compensate may invoice the Client in accordance with Sections 5.15–5.29 below."
